The staff was incredibly nice & very helpful
There was a terrible stench in the room. We opened the outside doors to try & air it out. The smell would not go away.

They required a $300 CASH deposit and when told them I can use the credit card for they deposit the staff said it needs to be in cash because of the “drug issues” on site.

Decent hotel for the price
They charged $250 cash deposit only if you're from AZ, but if you're out of state there's no deposit which makes no sense. First, no one in this day & time carries that amount of cash around & the room was only $84 so why is a deposit 3 times the room rate & only in cash. Definitely will never stay there..............

This hotel needs to get rid of the carpet, filthy. The cover on the bed was dirty, took for ever to get hot water, the walls need painted. Dirty. Will not stay here again.

The location has 2 main problems.
#1 Luke Air force base fighter jets take to the air directly over the hotel starting a little after 7am and I mean loud
#2 hotel is directly across from a major railroad crossing with blaringly loud horns from the train and car traffic. They set out ear plugs in all rooms but they don't work!
