Friendly staff, breakfast and comfortable beds.
Room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Food in the refrigerator, dirty towels hanging up in the bathroom, tub was a mess, pieces of the ceiling coming down and water stained. The wallpaper is coming down in the bathroom. No elevator

The location was great, we were close to the battlefield and downtown. The people at the front desk were courteous, efficient and very helpful. We loved the breakfast cottage, food was good and the there was one lady on Friday and another on Saturday and Sunday, both were very friendly and accomodating, which added to our overall positive experience.

Breakfast was very good . Like the little cottage it was located in.
Did not get clean towels the next day . No housekeeping every day .not many tv channels. The bathroom did not have a exhaust fan.

there was no housekeeping because of staff shortages and we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything.
on the website, the indoor pool was listed as closed, so I didn't bring my bathing suit, but it was open.
The mattresses were old and could be replaced.

Didn't go to breakfast. Our room was located on the first floor which we require but we were over in the pool area, the smell of the cholrine was had to get use to but we couldn't smell it once we were in our room. Our mattress was real soft then we are used to but all in all we had a pleanant time. Sorry for my spelling.
