Location and cleanliness

On one day, toilet had a major issue and couldn't get to fix it and they changed my room which was very inconvenient. On top of that after the review was provided they responded with an apology and now after staying at this hotel for 2 nights and being changed to another room, the hotel mgmt charged my credit card fradulently a charge of $250 for the clogged toilet. This hotel is shady with such unethical and fradulent charges as I was never informed about this during my stay of 5 more nights I was at this hotel nor at checkout. When I contacted the property, they inform me that their GM charged it and they do not know why since they agreed it was toilet issue on their end. Beware of this hotel and stay elsewhere as the GM never responds to your calls or emails when trying to inquire about the charges.

Hotel was great in the middle of everything we were there for a soccer tournament staff was awesome and breakfast was good pool and hot tub is small other than that no issues great for families and comfortable

Very small pool and only one waffle maker

The property on the outside and in lobby was beautiful. The shower and bathroom we clean and the beds were comfy.

The couch had dirty feet marks and the carport smelled of dog urine. The windows were cleaned with mucus on one of the windows. The remote was dead and batteries covered in battery acid. Had to get a replacement
