Oceanfront

It was a little old, rust around shower door, toilet was low flow/pressure, for the price no complimentary breakfast which I didn’t realize, I saw that there was breakfast available and assumed for the price that it was complimentary (my fault) for assuming! Fridge wasn’t cold (iced over) maintenance tried to tell me that it was as cold as it was going to get which wasn’t cold at all. Did not keep a pop or bottled water cold. After having an unnecessary discussion with Maintenance he finally took the fridge defrosted it bought it back and low and behold it had gotten cold. So cod that our drinks had ice in them! I knew it could get colder but he (maintenance) tried to tell me otherwise. The bartender was very cool. The dining sitting area/lobby was clean, outside grounds was clean. The roundabout to the front door was roped off after we checked in and remained that way (late Sat until we checked out Sunday) that was a bit inconvenient when trying to load luggage.

Die Ausstattung ist veraltet, kein Smart TV . Am Pool zu wenig Liegen und die waren ständig reserviert. Die Bäder könnten auch renoviert werden.

WiFi very poor. Had to get towels at front desk so if checking someone in you had to wait. No locks to the pool from beach or side entrance. North side, one of entrances had no lock at all.

They didn't provide me the room that I reserved. My family was put in to position where I had to make a new reservation either with them or different hotel. Never will stay at this property

Nicely located in Daytona Beach. Strip mall in front of hotel, access to the beach is from the pool area. Easy side entrances to skip walking long ways from the parking.

The 80s hotel is dated, on the brink of being run down, everything is old, pool, paint, wallpaper, wall mounted airconditioning making noise. Disappointing regarding price-quality. Breakfast really cheap, we skipped.

It was my first time at this hotel and I really liked it. Excellent Customer Service, Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean, great location, love the room, love the oceanfront view, great place for family and friends, I definitely recommend it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ and I come back Thank you. God bless you all.

The only thing I didn't like was the disrespectful guests smoking weed on the balcony, when the hotel indicates that you should not smoke in any of the hotel areas. although I think it is not the hotel's fault, because it is something that is out of its reach

Staff was not available when calling front desk I was given wrong room I the rooms over priced Hotel renovation looked a mess

Room was very comfortable and clean Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was kinda surprised that breakfast was a purchase option

Not enough seating in pool area. Have to go to front desk to ask for and return pool towels.

Location and beds comfortable

Jackie the receptionist was rude. Called for additional blanket and towels and was told they would see what they could find. Delivered 2 sheets only. The pool furniture was old and seats torn. When we checked in our card on file was declined. After further checking the hotel had tried multiple inquiries which prompted a fraud alert when I got it cleared the receptionist was rude when I asked her to run it now that it was cleared. The hotel was not secured at night both back door by pool and End of hall door were still unlocked and accessible to public after 10pm. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have noticed a steady decline in the quality of the facilities and customer service. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Hot tub and tiki bar were closed. Bed could have been better.

I like the access to the beach and the fact that they use natural hygiene products it saved me a trip to the store very pleased

I didn't like that the toilet was stopped up and the parking is limited and for the price we paid could have been cheaper booked oceanfront amd didn't get that

Friendly, clean, accessible.

The hot tub was under renovation but we had access to every other amenity so it was still Awesome!

My room was booked as ocean front and indeed it was but with terrible humidity smell and feel on sheets. When we asked if a room change was available they denied because they were full. They should have not left that room available, we were with a 1 yr old and no consideration at all was given.
