Bad service keeps posting that a room is available and when you show up they say room is unavailable staff needs to do better trash service

it was in a good area and I felt safe

it took a while for the water to go hot

Brittany was pleasant and Hospitable. Location was okay.

Filthy and funky, looked as though the room hadn't been cleaned almost ever. Bed linens were absolutely unacceptable. Dingy and not presentable for a damn animal. Entire property was unsavory and not worth 1/5 the cost I spent to stay the one night. We had reserved for 3 nights, we left the very next morning. People screaming and hollering in their rooms, neighboring room emanating smell of burning Marijuana, and loud almost concert level music blaring at 7:30 in the morning. People sitting in a broken chair beside an unservicable grill, under a burned out, unlit streetlight, while men lingered in stairwells and doorways. We were very uncomfortable and my wife and son were pretty horrified about the entire experience. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

The room wasn't clean and its hard to contact the office. They never answer the phone. It was like drug city at night. Too many people outside hanging out late at night.

Staff and location

Couldn't get need towels or bed sheets didn't come and. Clean room. For the price your room should have been clean every day hallways dirty carpet need to be pulled up and new carpet installed . Also need pop machine stocked

It was what I needed at the time. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Kitchen needed cleaning before I would use it. We had luke warm water in the shower and it was never repaired so cold showers in the winter.
