Janet was awesome and does everything to keep things going we had no complaints.. It really felt like a home away from home .

Nothing they didn't give me my $50 deposit back like they said just because I didn't like my stay with them they refused to give it back

Room 209 i had for 4 days was fealty it had snails climb the wal beside the bed. It was bed bug infested. Rat dropping on the sofa bed mattress drug periphanea of cocaine bag . I informed the attendant on the second day because i couldn't sleep with the bed bugs and insects in the room the attendant Chris told me that he had no other rooms and he could not return refund me back. I am or have contacted corporate and im waiting for a response.

I wrote a previous reply to this disappointing and devastating unfortunate event. Hopefully you can apply my first review response. This hotel should accommodate and do their research before being so uncooperative and unreasonable. Putting their self in the shoes of another by viewpoint would atleast remind them to be more considering and compassionate.. How would they feel if it were them in the shoes of the one they unreasonably denied and showed no interest in even remotely trying to show concern, compassion or even making one feel understood. Tables always turn, and so does that money you turn away become a repeated loss for your company in turn. Food for 💡
