While the rooms may not be fancy, the manager, Augustine Shadab, could not have been better. When my rental car key fob battery died and I could not get the car doors open or the key fob, he found a video, opened it for me and not finding the skinny emergency key drove me to Walgreens found the right battery, and put it in saving my day!

booked the room with queen beds, they were only full size. Talk to the front desk, they said they only had full size beds.
This may be a problem on your site about the bed size.

Quiet
The room was horrible, no furnishings, bathroom door couldn't close, beds were hard. Terrible place

We hadn't realized it before we arrived, but the village of Highland Falls had been hammered by floods three weeks before our stay. Folks were well into fixing up the town. We had a great time walking around talking to people about what had happened, and were glad we could support the local economy. The village of Cornwall and Stormking State Park were both nearby and great places to visit as well.

I liked that it was close to West Point
The crumbling parking lot. The lock stuck in the door every time. The bed was not that comfy.

Not one thing. Dirty, smelly, disgusting and overpriced. Avoid at all costs. Booking.com also ducks. Poor communication.
We didn’t like a thing about this hotel. It was disgusting and overpriced.

Not really anything
It was really gross. Everything sticky and heavily worn. Smells like a wet shoe. For real.

Spacious and clean room.
Ample parking available.
Mr. Shadab at the reception was very helpful.

The location was very convenient, close to West Point.
Bed cover had stains; shower was not very clean. In addition, the coverlet and blanket all together were not enough to keep you warm.

I don't believe there was a breakfast. The location was great.
The condition of the building: The door was warped and it didn't fit/close properly, the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower leaked and splashed water on the toilet and floor. The building needs to be renovated.

Ogi was great, very welcoming and always willing to improve the services. I came without the car so he offered me a lift twice. It was highly appreciated. He was very responsive and someone came to clean the bathroom when I noted it was not clean. Finally, he also shared some tea with me as I am not a big coffee drinker.
Bathroom had some hair in the sewage which was definitely not mine :-(. I requested cleaning, which was immediately done and everything was great afterwards.

Staff was friendly and it was a good location. I liked having the microwave, fridge and coffee maker.
I was working remotely and was relying on your wifi. It lagged a fair bit and periodically I lost my connection to the wifi. The signal wasn't strong enough to keep my connection with my office.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. In situations such as this, I'm always a little leery of what I may find in terms of condition. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was decent (maybe had been updated recently?), had comfortable beds and smelled clean (sometimes older motels smell funky - mold, dirt, smoke - not this room). Pluses: 2 chairs, a desk, counter space, minifridge, microwave, hair dryer, window facing forest, quiet.
The bathtub was old, and could use replacing, but not a biggie. The pillows were a little hard.

First night in room 114, it was 25 degrees out side. Even though the room was recently remodeled, the heat unit failed. Was set to 86 degrees. Our room got to 53. We froze. New room 112, no hot water and sink leaked.

Fairbridge doesn’t look very impressive from the outside, but the staff was friendly, the room had recently been renovated, and the location is wonderful, so close to West Point. Someone else I talked to said that he had not had such a pleasant experience, but I was very pleased with my stay and would stay there again.
It is a very bare bones experience. There was almost no toilet paper in the room, and only a few towels. But such problems are easily remedied. The room was also very cold because it was very cold outside and the room is tiled. But I just left the heat up at a very high temperature, and, by my second night, I was able to turn it down again.

Delapitated hotel for way too much $.

location to West Point
room stunk of marijuana, bathroom vent doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned, walls were so thin that I could hear the neighbors tv…which they kept on ALL night, roaches in the room and front desk staff was not available 24/7.
