Location is good. Hotel sent me a shuttle. (they don't send you a shuttle automaticly from request via booking.com, you have to call to front desk.) A shuttle is a must if you don't take a rental car. They give the shuttle also when you leave. Distance to hotel is very short but there is busy road between hotel and the airport and no place to cross it safely. There were no noise to room from the airport or road nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. A breakfast was small but okay, quite a large selection of everything, also some healthy stuff like youghurt, granola, dark bread, fruits.

I asked advance a quiet room when I made booking online. I got one of the rooms that had bad noice during evening and midnight from a pipes / compressor or other. I was very disappointed. My jetlag went worse. In the morning I heard that noise is only in one/some rooms. Why did I get it at the first place, didn't they get my hope for quiet room via booking.com? I went back next week and got a quiet room with no noise at all (except some noise from other guests in corridor, but "idiots" can happen anywhere). At breakfast: warm meal containing meat was just lukewarm, it should be kept warmer. Otherwise everything was good.

I needed a place close to the airport because of early and late flights. This fit the bill quite well. The bed was comfortable, and the room was large.

The wifi cut out once or twice. Knoxville isn't too far away, but I'd prefer being more central if I visited again.

there was a lot of stink bugs in our room and I know they’re common in Tennessee but it still wasn’t great finding one crawling on my pillow

When asking for an extra pillow we were told there were none even though the hotel was not sold out. The reservation said three people but no extra pillows, blankets or towels were in the room. It was set for 2 people.

Stuff was friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, low price, very close to airport - the good reasons for choosing that one.

The front desk staff was very rude…hallways smelled like weed definitely not child friendly! I was double charged but refunded thanks to booking not hotel! I would never stay here again!

not enough handicap parking. I was traveling with my disabled friend and they were only two handicap, parking spaces, one in the front and one in the back it was pouring rain that night, and we had to drive to get a bite to eat, and when we got back to two handicap spaces were taken, and my friend had to walk a long distance in the pouring rain to get to the back door.

Very clean, courteous staff, breakfast was good! Bed was comfortable as well!

I was hoping to utilize the hot tub in the pool area but it was closed. It was one reason I booked this room.
