Break was always good.

Adequate ventilation and ability to regulate room temperature. Room was very clean, beds had adequate blankets. ON the firm side for seniors who need a little softness! Hips hurt the next day.

Very upset with the tub. It was clean but had old dirty grout in all of the seams. Wouldn't be found in my house.. Took pictures but this survey doesn't allow uploads. All the soap is up on the wall so a bather needs to keep standing up to lather. Asked the desk for bar soap and they complied. Next time I will check the tub and request a move. This is not motel 6 and I was disappointed.

the facilities were updated, clean and spacious

obvious repairs needed in hall area (broken blinds) and dirty hallways. Some the cable channels couldn’t get a signal and it’s likely due to the brick structure.

the property is an ideal midpoint Australian between Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. I have stayed here many, many times over the last quarter century.

Great breckfast!

Everything about this place is fun and welcoming. Modern design but comfortable at the same time. Room was huge and similarly priced with other smaller accommodations in the area. Staff was professional without being frigid. Parking and access to rooms was easy and close. Pool was open later along with other amenities.

The location was great!

Our neighbors were extremely loud and the bed was hard.

Asked for an extra hour (until noon) to check out and it was a major decision at the front desk, calling someone to get permission then a decision was made to give "30 minutes". I felt like a heel for asking. Also the whole facility is in need of a major overhaul.

good location. beds are very comfortable. clean and smelled good.

room was cold and took awhile to warm. no non-slip pad in the tub. very expensive.

Friendliness of the staff

The shower head sucked, and the bathroom was way too small, the hot tub jets didn't work and it wasn't very warm and the depth of the pool is deceiving, the doors to the rooms have gaps and the rooms don't stay very warm, and the TV channels were in and out of service constantly. The included breakfast wasn't very good at all they didn't keep their selections stocked and the food that was supposed to be hot/warm was actually cold and didn't taste very good.

Front desk clerk was friendly.

Bathroom needed to be cleanser especially the tub/shower. Needed to vacuum around the edges of the rooms and behind a chair. Found a hair pin on the floor. Fridge needed to be scrubbed. Swimming pool was to cold and the whole pool room was cold along with the lobby.

The bed was comfortable
