The facility was extremely clean. The moment we walked in you could smell how clean it was. The room was bigger than expected. The bathroom is set up weird, the full length mirror is in a spot that makes it difficult to take selfies. Not that that is important, just note worthy LOL. Beds were comfortable and the linens smelled clean. Breakfast was stocked full even towards the end of the timeframe & the staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Super close to the Hartford Healthcare Ampitheater, only about 15 mins. A lot of restaurants & stores nearby, CVS directly next door which was great. Very well worth the $$ for the one night we stayed!

I enjoyed the following areas, the dinning area, pool, room. I also liked the fact that there were restaurants and a CVS at walking distance
The only recommendation that we have would be to have darker shades in the rooms to cover the sun from entering the room so early. The sun was too bright in the morning and it actually disrupted our sleep.

I love my room especially on the 6th floor and everything was brand new. I was not crazy about breakfast didn't like the eggs or sausage The only thing I really had was yogurt and banana the coffee and juice was not good but I've never stayed anywhere where the breakfast was good so this is my real only complaint. My grandson and friend came to visit and use the pool and they had a blast so that was a bonus too. Overall the hotel was very clean.

Pool rules and every half hour was not good! We had to call 3x to get someone to come fix the toilet. Needed towels never got them. Ran out of toilet paper.

The waffles slapped. They had two flavors and the sausage wasn’t that bad tbh. They even had yogurts.
It was all great. It smelt clean when we walked in.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, es gibt ein Schwimmbad mit Rutsche (zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay) und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir waren drei Nächte da und haben die erste Nacht ein Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl bekommen. Das war zu laut und auf nette Nachfrage haben wir ein neues Zimmer auf dem Flur bekommen und haben dann fantastisch geschlafen. Wir haben hier unsere Wäsche wunderbar waschen können, das Bett war komfortabel.
Es könnte sauberer sein, die Fenster waren sehr dreckig und in den Ecken sowie hinter der Tür im Bad war nicht gründlich geputzt. Das Frühstück war okay, leider wie überall in den USA gab es nur Einweggeschirr und Plastikbesteck. Während Europa Einwegplastik verbietet, wird hier täglich in vielen Hotels landesweit für eine riesige Menge Müll gesorgt.

Please take this as constructive criticism to hopefully improve your operations: I vonsider my stay far from the Hilton high standard I have experienced in the past. The room
had a terrible view to the side of the swimming pool (very poor design), some doors and furniture were damaged, carpet and other parts looked old and shabby. Breakfast was below average as for service desk on first night of stay (as I raised a few issues and one of them partially resolved while others required at least a better, more emphatic and resolution driven response). Sofa bed should be better.

Convenient location
6:30 am fire alarm. Everyone had to leave their beds to go out in the parking lot and based on the reviews, this was not the first time this happened. No fire, no smoke, no sleep.

Always enjoy a stay at a Hampton Inn. As nd the hot breakfast was very good.

The room was very dark and people next door had a dog barking at 12 PM for 45 minutes nonstop. Also, they gave me an attitude when I needed my room cleaned when I requested with the receptionist at check-in about having my room cleaned on Saturday.
I didn’t like how there was a dog barking all night and I believe also, I did not like how dark it was in the room. We were all so close to the elevator, which made more noise and then cleaning crew did not clean our room so we had to leave at 5 PM so they could clean our room when asked the day before to have my room cleaned and they said they are cleaning rooms daily so it shouldn’t be a problem.

It was quite and away from the city. Location location. I loved the breakfast.
I guessing because the pool is so close to the elevator is the reason there was water puddles near the elevator. This was scary for me because I see slip and falls all the time. My stay what have been rated better if I did not see this every time I used the elevator.
