They kept the surrounding drama around the location with homeless encampments just up the street away from the hotel…

I had asked housekeeping on a note I believe Friday to just empty the trash and replace the towels until I left at the end of my four days day.. they did empty the trash that day, however, the following day my trash cans were overflowing, and they never did replenish the towels although I had enough to get through… The management was great, and I appreciated the eye he kept on the property… Possibly it could’ve been a language difficulty for the housekeeper? Not sure.

The beds were horrible.

The staff was very helpful and easy going. The rooms were very clean and they changed towels regularly.

The breakfast room is to small with few tables. Some people had to eat standing in the middle of the room because no tables were available.

Jacuzzi in room was out of order! Hotel manager agreed to give me 30% off discount. I called twice to booking Com and the customer service also called to hotel. Until now I haven’t got back my refund! I hope they can settled this quicker.

When the room was clean but when there was an issue, we had to change rooms entirely. The staff was friendly and provided a new room. They also were generous with providing a discount.

The room we originally booked had a broken shower and the tv didnt work. The internet was very slow are rarely worked. The night shift wasnt very kind.
