The rooms were clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. It was an excellent location and we were able to get to everything very quickly.

The rooms were clean and neat, but they were not balanced. The bed was way off-center to the television, and there was a large empty space in the room that just looked awkward. Though I requested our rooms were close together, when we arrived, the rooms were on separate floors. Because we arrived early in the evening, the hotel was able to accommodate us. However, it was not done per my request at booking. Also, the staff were rather offputting. Two of them were outside, right in front of the entrance smoking, which meant all of us had to walk through the smoke. The desk was unattended. There was a Christmas tree with a “Find the hidden pickle“ ornament challenge. One of my friends found the pickle, showed the hotel receptionist, and was yelled at. She was told to put it back and not touch it. She was not given the 500 IHG points promised.

I liked the breakfast.it was fabulous and the girl was very friendly.

Many things. The hotel charged my business card. Booking.com told me the card was only to reserve the room. I was going to pay a different way when i got there. Oh well .they stated they resolved it but i dont see the credit yet. I did like the room and the amenities were great but another thing i didnt like. They explain they hold 10.00 for the snack bar. I bought one snack and the gentleman running the desk at night charged me for 2. Seems to be a lot of errors with overcharging and as a result set a bad tone for my stay there. They were careless.

Breakfast was good - would have been nice to have more fruit and cereal options but everyone found something that they liked. Liked that it was a long window of time to get food.
