Not as clean and updated as the-last one I went to. Over priced for sure. Also had some random fraud charges on my credit card. Crabtree soap and shampoo stink as well.

Our top floor room got a roof leak overnight. But the Hotel staff was very helpful to move us immediately to the room across.

The property was very nice and clean. The only problem that I’m having is getting the deposit back loaded to my bank account. I am very unhappy. It’s been about five days and I have yet to receive the money returned back to my account.
The inconsistency of getting answered about the refund of my deposit to my bank account. I’m getting the runaround that I’ve been getting for the last 48 hours. I am not happy about this whole situation.

Staff was unorganized. They gave me a room that someone was staying in. Staff had no idea what was going on. Later in that night when my children were ready to sleep I find out that the sofa bed was not made.

I didn't like being charged 587 for 2 days and I paid $1,500 for 5 days just because I wanted to add two days on I was charged $57 for 2 days outrageous I try to get a hold of someone I couldn't get a hold of anybody So if someone can get a hold of me from booking.com I would have really appreciate that Thank you
