Booked in and asked for a quiet room. Went to 1st room given and a/c heater was very noisy and located next to vending & ice machine as well. Went back to desk and explained, she gave us another room. Went in to check and dirty wash cloth was by the sink, bathroom floor dirty, sheets on bed stained/dirty, light switch dirty, took pictures, went back to desk and ask for $$$ back on credit card and left. Clerk said very sorry and she would credit us. The Quality in Lumberton needs a big big wake up call to there cleaning and standards-can’t imagine anyone wanting to stay in a place like that…just awful

A thorough top to bottom cleaning, staff training or retraining, and management paying attention to cleanliness!! You can do better, you definitely need to up your standards, and no one should have to stay on a dirty place!!

A little dated with differed maintenance. But for our purposes, it was fine.

Nasty, had to move from first room there was fecal matter on back of door and mold in tub second room wall paper was peeking off the wall

No eggs, bacon or sausage. Only hot food was carbs ☹️. Could use some bananas. Coffee was good. My wife drinks green tea-could use some herbal tea as not every one uses caffeinated teas.

The check-in and check-out ladies were nice!

Wasn't told the pool wasn't open and only stayed there for the pool and wasn't told until the day after we got there if were told before paying we would have not checked in. Asked for manager to call me but no one has called me yet!

Not a good variety of breakfast stuff

We choose the hotel because there was promised of breakfast, week coffee small mandarin and nothing else eadable

Floors were very dirty, there was roach in the sink, never again

Walking on the floor with just white socks and/ they ended up filthy, and the floor needed to be washed, and the shower had mole growing in the shower had a king room with full sized pillows/
