Good location
Horrible shower, barely any water pressure breakfast for a $200 a night room was pathetic

Customer service was awful in every way. Room had no iron and basically anything we asked for they said they didn’t have like towels or blankets. Rude personnel. Housekeeping walked in without knocking to shout a warning about check out time. Unsafe grounds (see photos) Gates falling over so no, we refused to park there while on our cruise. They have a shuttle but it costs just as much as it does to park across the street from the Ship port with coverage. SMH Room was gross and bathroom creepy.

It was beautifully updated. Also the best location for our purpose. We were staying near the docks to go on a cruise the next day. What a deal to be able to park our car at the hotel for a week—FREE! We were able to catch our shuttle to the docks right there at the hotel and were picked up upon our return. We hopped on the Ferry right beside the hotel and within minutes, we were on our way home. A delightful experience and we WILL be back!

The room was cool and quiet. Staff very friendly. Location very central to all the sights.
The stay included breakfast and we arrived early but there was only cereal, milk and bagels with cream cheese. There was no hot items at all. Very disappointing. We had to eat out.

The staff was friendly except the man on Sunday during check out. Location was close to cruise port and they offered free parking during our cruise.
Our room was not clean. It had blood on the wall in the main room, I'm not sure what was on the wall in the bathroom and my son's feet were dirty from walking on the floor for one night. The bathroom faucet was loose and the toliet wouldn't shut off.

smart TV didn’t work consistently. inside door handle fell off and had to be fixed. shower control knob was stripped, so it was difficult to adjust the water temperature.

Breakfast was pretty sad. We stayed here last minute due to other plans canceling. This hotel was ok, but definitely nothing nice about it.

nothing wrong with the property as far as I know. the hotel it’s self was fine
the breakfast was terrible. there was a fridge with a gallon of milk and some orange juice which I found strange I don’t know if someone was down there drinking out of it without a cup the night before. and there was some kind of drilling going on started at like 7:45 am and it was loud and shook the entire room.

everyone at the property was extremely nice. they allow you to keep your car there for a week while you are on a cruise. definitely would stay here again!
Nothing. It was exactly what I wanted and expected. (breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was definitely better than nothing)

This is an older building, you can tell they’re trying to update it. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean. The people at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. You can walk to the ferry and ride it for free, usually seeing dolphins. There is a nature preserve nearby as well.
The building is very old and a little run down in spots.
Although no fault of the motel, if you’ve never stayed in Galveston before, take a case of bug spray and douse yourself! Those mosquitoes are huge and aggressive.

The evening clerk was very nice.
The room was dirty, the facilities were extremely run down and honestly hazardous. There were bugs!! Both kinds. Pictures are an absolute lie.

Hotel needs some work. Looks like someone started repairs and then stop. Construction debris in parking area. Shower and sink drains were slow.

Traffic due to ferry and hotel is real old and looks ghetto. The breakfast was not great..just muffins and stuff from walmart. The desk staff was not too friendly but not rude. This hotel needs a major update but it was pretty inexpensive for Galveston.

There were people in the swimming pool till late at night and kept us awake. The second night, I called the from desk and she agreed to ask them to disband, but it took a while.
