The grounds are beautiful and clean. We had ocean and pool view, it was breathtaking. Convenient location.

The only thing I wish they had was bar near the pool, with some food options.

Beautiful grounds and common areas.

Our room was a nice size with all needed amenities. It was not dirty, but could have used a deep cleaning and some re-modeling. The mattress in the Murphy bed sagged in the middle and definitely needed replacement.

while our room was oceanfront as promised the studio has never been updated. furnishings were spartan at best. queen sized bed didn’t even have a dust ruffle. tiny tv that can’t be watched from the bed. by the time we left the room was crawling with small ants and some other kind of bug. it simply wasn’t worth the premium price for an ocean front studio. Aston should take this one out of their inventory until owner does updates.

Great location, close to amazing beaches and snorkeling spots. The rooms are on the older side, could probably benefit from some refurbishments, but good for the price overall.

Although the place was generally tidy, the trash cans were not emptied before our arrival. Nor were they emptied anytime during the stay.

The unit is nicely decorated, impeccably furnished, and clean. it’s also well supplied with sundries that travelers need on routine or daily basis.

Parking slots are quite narrow

the room had everything I needed for my stay. There were extra towels, beach chairs and a washer and dryer. it was a quick walk to restaurants and stores and the view of the ocean out my back patio was beautiful.

everything was great, but for the price of worth… free cleaning service would have been nice ! but they do provide everything you need such as laundry in unit and extra towels, cleaning supplies for your own purposes.

The room was better than I could have imagined. We booked an ocean front studio and our room was on the bottom level right next to the beach. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet!

The pool and hot tub are closed until 9am, would have liked to start the day enjoying the hot tub a little earlier than 9am.

Acres of lush grounds, Beautiful Koi pounds, Ocean front spectacular views. Fourth floor gives you an advantage plan to see and hear the ocean waves. Swimming pool was exceptionally clean

The owners at 405E need to get a sitter starting to replace furniture. For example the swivel chair was broken. The screen door keeps falling off the track. This may be minor but it still affects the condo.

Location is excellent

Overall cost is high for a rather basic accommodation.

Location and view were great, nicely appointed room.

Front desk staff could be a little more friendly and the mattress being extra firm and outside hall light flooding the bedroom (Would recommend some black out shades).

Location: our balcony was so close to the water!

Our apartment looked a bit dated, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

The water-front unit provided a private balcony and 180 degree view of the ocean and nearby islands. Also, perfect for whale watching!

This property is beautiful and well kept. Unit F304 has a Grand Ocean View.

Property needs more handicap parking. Owner needs to up grade unit F304. Appliances are dated, coming apart and need replaced. No BBQ tongs or other bbq tools in unit.

view was awesome. Room was clean. Grounds are immaculate. Parking is adequate and close. Pools, BBQ’s’ golf’s and other activities are amazing. We love the property, have been there almost every year for the last 15 years. Have already booked next year even though the price to stay has risen immensely.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with bowls, utensils, and basic needs for cooking. There were no larger bowls to make a salad in, silverware was weak on number of forks, we had friends over and didnt have enough. The DISHWASHER is on its last legs! Makes a terrible noise when running. Would be nice to hav a few basic condiments in the unit, we have stayed in many others and this had nothing. Not even salt and pepper! Hard to know when they are so different. Other than kitchen supplies it was ok!

The hotel is close to lots of eating places and a grocery store so it’s very convenient for food. Just around the corner from the hotel is a little place called Papi’s Ohana which make the best cinnamon buns - if you go early they are hot and fresh out of the oven. We loved the fact that each room had a kitchen and laundry. Some beds were comfortable and others weren’t. We rented four different rooms and each room is apparently owned by different people so that’s the reason for the differences in bed comfort in each place. We all loved the fact that this place felt like it was very welcoming, it had more of a community feel than hotels usually do. The pool wasn’t huge but big enough for us and the hot tub was pretty big. They had putting greens for everyone to enjoy as a well as other games you could play around the property. Overall we really liked this place and would definitely come back again.

Some of the beds were uncomfortable and although we were told we would have a king size bed in each of the four rooms we rented there was one which did not have a king size bed.

The lodging was too expensive for what we got, many surprised costs. The room needed to be updated also. For the price the Funiture and rooms were very outdated The toilet was also slow and did not flush correctly unless we jiggle it. The floors were sticky and there was a sour smell around the couch. Not okay considering the $1,000 plus per night. I will add this review to YELP !
