Friendly staff, relatively quiet, and had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

The toilet seat was broken, we didn't have enough towels for 2 people, and the bathroom was not clean. The listing said I would have a balcony, and there wasn't one on my room. The hot tub has been closed for 2 years.

I checked in Friday 12/30/22 and paid $271.20. but I had to check out on Sunday 01/01/23. The woman that was there in the lobby was supposed to refund about $90 dollars, she even asked me for a credit card that I used to pay in order to refund for the third night But she never did any refund. Now that I'm writing this review I just found out that she booked me in Saturday 12/31/22 and checked me out 01/02/23. And that's not correct. Because on the date 01/01/23 I checked in in Hi - Lo motel in Weed California. And checked out on 01/02/23. Bottom line is that she manipulated check in and out dates to keep in her pocket around $90 dollars, because I cannot be in two places at same time. Anyway she didn't give me any receipt, but I have the amount paid in my bank statement. Also in Saturday morning 12/31/22 the toilet got clogged and that same woman that manipulated dates handed me a 🪠 plunger and I had to unclogged toilet by myself because there were no maintenance guys.

Staff was good but the room we were given had no way to lock the door. There wasn't a striker plate on door frame. Couldn't lock door from the outside, only locked after was in it with the inside hasp flip lock. We were asked to vacate room and move to another hotel at first but we asked them to find us a room and later came back to us with another room right there. It was okay. But will make me ask to not have that kind of room again.

Room and bed size was great, the location was perfect as well.

The bathtub and bathroom was a bit small, other than that it was perfect

Pretty much everything was perfect. just the smoking by the entrance was not pleasant to us mainly because of our kids.
