Staff was great - better than last year. Last year they were rude. This year they were very helpful.

The Spa Tub was yhe reason I chose this location however the jets weren't properly working norther was the stopper;I had to hold it up to drain the tub. Complimentry Breakfast just not enough variety

Staff was friendly, clean areas, quiet.

Wish they had turkey products for breakfast, add those and they get a 9.. not enough washcloths had to get some every day

The staff were excellent and attentive. I had an issue using the rewards when making a change but front desk Mgr was super helpful! Room was clean,good bfast and enjoyed jacuzzi time & pool with our kids! Our suite opened to pool area downstairs. Pretty family friendly.

It's a bit pricey for the area of town. That's all.

In room jacuzzi had nice air flow. Worth the price! great staff at night and in the morning.

A bit loud from upstairs. We were able to hear every footstep. Bathroom tubs drain is a little clogged but nothing crazy. It just drained slow.

upon checkin the women at the desk told me and my friend she had to be the one to show her iD I had a photo of my ID even tho I paid for the room and she accepted the money for the room for nine days the deposit she claimed had to be picked up by the women whom was with the physical ID and this caused confusion so even though we were both present at the desk at the time of payment and the women accepted the money from me as payment for the room and the deposit she was shown both copy of my ID and my friends physical ID but would only allow the friend with the physical ID to pick up the deposit and also told me that I could not come to the desk to get the room keys after they stopped working when my friend was gone however she did it once and claimed she would not do it again. I feel these are petty things that discourage staying with the facility and they make the dealing with the desk a burden when it can be ONLY certain exceptions and due to there own decision making it is inconsistent and inconsiderate of the paying guest they need to revise the situations people endure at the desk because other then that the place is very nice I hate leaving bad reviews but if I hadn’t they wouldn’t know.
