Breakfast was nice. The pool was fun and clean.

Room wasn't serviced at all during 5-night stay. We requested daily service. Not enough staff. Had to ask 3 times and wait 3+ hours for crib.

It was pretty quiet and had good breakfast!

Front desk was unorganized, requested towels and it never happened. Check in took a while, girl had to go check rooms twice to see where to put us. Carpets were rolling up in quite a few spots, just a little outdated for how much $$ it costs to stay.

I love the Breakfast was delicious!Speaking With Lorenzo who works in the kitchen on weekends was a great conversation. He gave my family great advice on the locations. Especially in Squaw Valley. It was Beautiful! Thank You Lorenzo. Also I want to thank the Hispanic Lady who also works in the kitchen whom I don't remember but provided us with great Hospitality.Also I want to add that we loved using the clean pool!

Cooked breakfast was appreciated. Outside guest doors made it easy to bring baggage to our room. Two or three restaurants close by. We ate sushi at the Drunken Monkey.

Accessible room we had was huge. Breakfast area was very nice and food was great. Food staff was very nice. Close to Donner State Park and Lake Tahoe.

The door latch mechanism was awkward to use and locked us in the bathroom twice. I told front desk when we checked out.

Good breakfast options. Bed was comfortable.
