Nice finishes, friendly staff, good location. Room amenities were nice (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, safe, desk, lounge chair, lamps, closet with plentiful hangers, and more). Breakfast was expansive and high quality. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well-laid out and clean. The mattress was incredibly comfortable! (Therapeudic Northwest custom manufactures the hotel’s mattresses.)

Comfortable with mostly friendly staff, especially the girl serving in the grill/bar. The food was very good and the staff nice but few people. They need to advertise.

I had to be at the hospital until 10:00. Would have been nice to have a little more food choices like sandwiches.

The staff was helpful whenever I had a question about the area or missing items. The breakfast veggie burritos was actually one of the best I've had.i loved the endless amounts of coffee available . The fitness room was simple, but I was able to get a workout in with minimal interruptions.

Great location…for U of W conference…2nd time staying here. Nicer than usual breakfast selections.

Bring back the relaxing evening bar inside the hotel. Enjoyed it during previous stay but not available now. Was a really nice option for a tired traveler. Please figure it out how to get it back

Location was close to UW Medical Center. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet in room #421.

i liked that breakfast was included. we travel often for our kids sports events and i have been surprised how many of the hotels we have stayed at charge additionally for breakfast so the breakfast included was nice!

no pool. we didn’t realize when we booked that there was no pool and my daughter was disappointed. parking spaces were also so narrow for my large suv
