Staff was always kind, size of room was good.

The hotel is "under renovations," which translated into our room being super run down with a near useless sofa bed. The walls in our bathroom were falling down. The carpet in the whole suite was sticky so everyone needed to wear shoes. The hot tub was inoperable and gross. The pool was cold. And the construction crew started banging away in the room above us between 8-830a each day. Not ideal when you're trying to get kids to rest. All in all, just not pleasant. The friendly staff are the only redeeming qualities here.

Not much at all to like. The staff was courteous and that is about it.

A LOT! The rooms, hallways, carpets, floors etc were all disgusting! There was no hot water, it got warm at best before running cold in just a few minutes. The sheets were stained with what the staff said was the result of a “washer and dryer” malfunction. There was no AC in the hallways on our floor so they were hot and muggy. Last but not least, the phone in our room did not work and even had the wrong room number on it!

The food was hot. Had a good selection of things to choose from.

It was run down, dirty, elevators didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. All kind of shady people hanging by the doors you had to enter and leave. When I walked back down the 4 flights of stairs to tell them the TV didn’t work the manager was there and I told her they should compensate guest for this horrible experience, she said well if it would have been me I wouldn’t have checked in and then proceeded to threaten me that she could just cancel my reservation and with everything going on in Tampa I wouldn’t find another room. Breakfast well it was cold and seem the location must be a cold shelter for homeless, guests should be aware of this. Holiday Inn should close this location.

The elevator didn’t work!

Check in girl was.nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent, although they ran out of alot of it.

Upon arrival, was informed that the elevator was not working but was still given a room on the top floor. Floors were stained, made sure we always had our shoes on when walking around in the room. Hot tub and pool were too disgusting to use. Not very secure, doors to the outside could not be unlocked with the key card, they were always blocked open.

Breakfast was decent variety and the lobby area was clean. Staff seemed friendly. Location was convenient.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Once we were given another room, it was dirty in that the floors were sticky and visibly unclean, sheets were stained and mismatched. Furniture was falling apart and moldy. We felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness and lack there of with the overall condition of the room.
