I liked that it was clean and no bugs thank God 🙏
The sauna, was junk? The hot tub jets we're on super slow.but over all I would stay here again

Pretty much everything!
The guess that was across the hall from my rm 146 was there with a bunch of kids running around slamming Doors just making a lot of nosie. No adults was really around to control them none at all! Folks like that is why others wanna leave or did leave! Not to offend but some of our black partents need to do better! It's places to take kids if you want them to play around!

I liked that the soap was dove that's a good soap and I also liked that they got me into a room I needed so that we was all together and they were nice.
I didn't like that they chose to clean the pool and hottub during the open hours instead of doing it while the guests slept.

Convience and affordable
The Bathroom was horrible, needs remodeling. The tube looked unsanitary, I went out to buy cleaning supplies to make it sufficient for myself and son to bathe comfortably.

Hardwood floor in room. Price was decent. Close to shopping areas. Friendly breakfast staff, bananas were nice option. comfortable bed. Pool was clean.

The room still had food on the floor from previous guest. Bed is uncomfortable. Was told no smoking and if we did there would be an extra fee but the hallway constantly smelled like Marijuana.

gave us the wrong room first, then had no shower curtain, breakfast waffle mix was empty, toaster didn’t work, tried to use hot tub at 11:30 am and wasn’t ready for use, just bad all the way around, will not stay there again!

The price was o.k.
Walls in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Trim coming off the wall in the corner by the window.
We had to request clean towels in the evening & we requested 4 bath towels & even though we asked three times we were only given one extra! Over 10 people in pool & hot tub (I think they were friends or family of the front desk person on Saturday night. I got in pool & stayed to the side at the 4 1/2' depth & people were jumping in to the pool causing high splashes & I was getting splashed. Two young teens were semi diving & jumping into the shallow end of the pool (I was waiting for one of them to come up with a compound leg fracture! Luckily that did not happen. We waited over 1/2 hour for the hot tub & decided to give up & go to our room.
Room where breakfast was located was uncomfortable 🥵 hot 🥵.

idk why it got 2.5 stars . staff was nice and efficient, room was clean and spacious , everything about the hotel was clean . definitely a good spot for travelers .
