it was clean and quiet

the only negative thing i can say is the water in the shower was no where near hot.

Very spacious, stayed in the executive room.. had a kuerig in the room which was nice.

Need a Lil TLC , the door to bedroom could not close. Need hinge tightened.. Toilet kept running.

the lady at the front had no clue what she was doing. she definitely needs better trained

The staff here is welcoming. The check-in process, always easy. The hot tub, hot and relaxing. The bedding is always comfortable and clean as well as the bathrooms. Great location and great value.

The pool had a lot of chlorine.

side hallway doors didn’t lock / broken. anyone could come in if wanted.

the location and the alligator the staff was friendly and helpful.

the pool was gross, there was definitely water bugs swimming around in it. they didn’t inform us there was a high school reunion happening so we felt like we were in the way of those people. they didn’t have breakfast prepared till like 9:30 Saturday.
