Our room did not seem very clean, hair in the shower and bedding, room felt damp.

Great breakfast selection. Fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon/sausage links, even included two waffle irons with different shaped molds so that you could make either a full sized waffle or a smaller waffle! Pool is open late (until 12:00AM when we were there).

Unfortunate incident where the elevator was out of order, but staff was very accommodating and had signs up to advise guests of the inconvenience, and the elevator was fixed within a couple of hours. Definitely not something that I would hold against the hotel.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast a lot. Everything was freshly made and staff was awesome. The coffee area was pretty nice too! Our room size was nice and having a jacuzzi in the room was very nice.

The headboard was broken and had slid down the wall so that I could not turn on the light. The bathroom had dark brown splatter on the door frame. It looked wet. The headboard had hand marks on it from what looked like many many people being intimate. The walls and door had patches that were easily seen. When we went to the pool the hot tub was not hot. It was the same temperature as the pool. I was quite disappointed.

Very friendly staff who were extremely helpful. They did an excellent job with the cleanliness of the building and the breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and good price.

The beds were a little hard.

The room was very clean, quiet and modern. The front desk staff were polite, personable and helpful. The coffee and breakfast were plentiful and delicious 😋 The location was convenient to many fun activities, great restaurants and super shopping!
