Towels are very cheap, recommend to bring your own

We booked the deluxe suite Seaview room and we looked at the pictures of the room before we booked it to make sure it was the room we wanted. When we arrived, they did not give us the room We booked online with Booking.com. They gave us a different room that did not have a very good ocean view. We did not have our own private balcony, which is what we wanted and based on the pictures, what we thought we were going to get. The owner was unwilling to work with us and we did not get a refund. We did not get a discounted rate. Nothing! we paid for a deluxe room with the Seaview view and got a totally different room. I will never stay at this place again. The front desk staff was wonderful and tried to work with the owner, but he was unwilling to make a correction to the mistake that was made.

The location.

Sheets where not clean. Hair on pillow cases and bed. No shampoo body wash or conditioner. Just a small bar of soap. Lot's of dust on the fans. Overall cleanness was not great at all. Was afraid to even sleep on the bed.

The bed was awful not comfortable at all and the neighbors decided to party all night keeping us awake 😡

the location of the motel was great. there was friendly front desk service. the room was very comfortable.

there was unfortunately some cockroaches in the bathroom and by the head of the bed on the floor. i've stayed in another room before and didn't have that issue so i know there's potential.

I liked that the widows to the room could open. I really liked that it was walking distance to the beach & stores.

The room didn't have a.c but they did hand out fans for the room so it wasn't too bad. Also, I'm a heavier set person & the shower was a little to snug.

The room was clean but they don’t provide shampoo for pity sake, the remote was old and browsing channels was SLOW.

That they didn’t provide shampoo nor cleaned the room the next day and provide more clean towels.

The wifi didn't work my TV didn't work they over charged me the room over all was worth the price and seeing as how I got a upgrade the heater was to small for the room took hours to heat up the room will not ever stay here again
