Good location for my need, had pet in emergency hospital.

Room was roomy but smelled of urine, and like the people before me smoked in the room. I was so exhausted I did not change rooms. I usually would have changed rooms

The only reason I didn’t rate the staff as bad was because there was one woman who was friendly when I needed to go get my room key reset when it wouldn’t work any more.

The room was filthy. There were multiple hairs under the pillows and in the sheets, leading me to believe the bedding wasn’t changed between guests. The bathroom was dirty and I found a roach in my sink. I was in town to take the Florida Bar, so being comfortable was extremely important, but not only was I disgusted to get into a bed I was sure someone else had slept in before, but the sheets felt greasy like they had been sweat in to boot. Additionally, most places do require a deposit that is returned when you check out, but the deposit at this location was double what I’ve paid at similar starred hotels, and the front desk person told me that it wouldn’t be returned for five business days.
