Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and viewing of the ocean from the pool area. Good food and service at the bar/restaurant.

Two minor issues: 1) we were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. It was difficult to carry our heavy/large suitcases up the stairs but we managed. 2) The balconies are right next to each other with only a canvas tarp separating each room's balcony. We had groups on both sides who were having a great time on their balconies (as they should)-- it made it very difficult to read or have any peaceful/quiet time in the afternoons/evenings on balcony.

My husband and I stayed at the Pelham house for 3 nights and we had a great time. It has a modern, beachy vibe that we loved. The rooms were spotless, the beds super comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We also loved the beach and pool areas. Neither felt crowded and the chairs were very comfortable. Beautiful spot on the Cape. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was gorgeous ! Rooms we updated and clean. Restaurant and bar were beautiful ( pricey) but beautiful.

We understand it’s hard to find staff especially seasonal staff but, a little more training needs to be done. As a resort we expected a little more service from the staff. Starting with front desk service.

Location was amazing!!! Fell asleep on New Years listening to the waves! Beautiful resort!

Came for five days room was adequate size mattress was lumpy sooooooo uncomfortable bathroom was sooooo small very poor layout and design with coffee pot in closet invited 22 for lunch very very pricey

We ate the buffet and thought it was lacking choices. Beverages were all extra. Usually coffee and juice are included. There wasn’t even salt and pepper on the table. Service was limited
