Just the location

Bed smell in the rooms, old and uncomfortable mattress , stinky dirty carpets, pilling ceiling and walls , very poor quality bedding, very old and noisy air conditioner- when you turn on it smells bad, bathroom very small and if you run out of toilet paper you better get your own.

Friendly, helpful staff.

There was a musty odor to the room like it was a little moldy. I could not get hot water in the tub, even after running it for several minutes. Neighbors were loud late into the night.

Didn't eat it

Disgusting filthy room..looked like it was out of a crime scene. Bed stained looked like blood. Floor filthy..hair in shower.

Location is great, no breakfast is served but a lot of places close by, rooms were clean!

Maybe continental breakfast now that Covid is at bay makes it nice, but there’s a single coffee maker in the room

The door was open ajar when l came back one day. Next day the air conditioning was switched from cool to fan while l was gone. So, even though l had a DND sign on door, someone came in the room

Convenient location off Rt.81 N. Free parking.

Room had a weird smell. A/C was extremely noisy. WiFi kept dropping the internet connection. Paint was peeling. No continental breakfast was offered as advertised.

the bed was very uncomfortable. felt like we were rolling down hill all night but it was very clean and the pillows were nice.

The room and bathroom were clean. This is a very basic hotel, but in a very convenient location.

The room was very small....just enough space to walk around the bed.

The map of Lake Ontario in the office listed all the shipwrecks. That was a great local detail.

The room had two sinks, but they were separated from the bathtub and toilet, which were in an adjoining room. It was an awkward layout.

Not too expensive and clean

I had a place to sleep. The location was convenient for what I went out there for.

The place NEEDS to be updated. The beds are very uncomfortable and the staff could at least look like they want to be there. I had to figure out where my room was which was across the street, they didnt tell me. When I got to the room it was already occupied. The tv in my room was all unplugged so i had to plug it in myself. Whoever manages that spot clearly doesn’t have it as a priority which pours into all departments of the Inn.

since the ownership changed the conditions of the room’s has taken a turn for the worse. Definitely not worth the cost . lobby is now deplorable
