ADA access ramp wasn’t distinguished (painted). I slipped, twisted my ankle & scratched my other knee.

Cockroaches in bedsheets, on walls, coming out from under toilet crack, crawling behind headboards. I saw hair in shower. Stains on walls. Burnt cigarette holes in blankets and I was in a non smoking room.

If you want quiet and a good nights rest stay somewhere else. We found cockroaches in the room. The room was old and not well maintained. Comforter and sheets were stained with holes. Many of the other guest were rude and noisy

Ghetto, Dirty, and thugs in neighboring rooms, cigarrettes and weed every where along with alcohol bottles. The stairs are filfthy, The rooms need work. And the environment is terrible and outside looks filfthy, have photos to prove it. This honest report based on hard evidence, experience and facts, not emotion

The noise from the television from the room next to me kept me up most of the night. I called the front desk and they did nothing about it. It was a bad experience.

I really like how well housekeeping is good with taking pride in there job...great job all staffs and desk clerks for the awesome customer service provided & granting us a comfortable stay . We definitely will be back in town for another stay soon. Thank you staff member and desk clerks.
No elevator for 3rd floor...but, over all great place.

Location convenient
Noise level and went to sleep with lights on because I saw two cockroaches! Floor was tacky/sticky. I was in a nonsmoking room and saw cigarette holes in the blanket. I moved to another room which also cigarette holes in the blanket. Reported issues to Desk staff and asked if they want the hotel be considered quality? Answer was we’re not a franchise and we can do whatever we want. Not a good response.
