The staff was very nice.
The room was horrible. The entrance door was filty and hard to open. The top covers had stains on them. It smelled terrible.

Great location
Was tired and in need of an update. There was no soap, only shampoo in a large container. Air conditioner was loud and barely working.

No towels in the roo. Clothes Rack missing from the wall, either it fell off or was removed. Late check in and haad to keep buzzing for desk clerk to arrive, told him no towels in the room, no apology. I was given another room where the clothes rack was missing, bathtub dirty. Next morning some woman bangs on the door waking me to ask if I'm checking out, it was just before 10am but checkout was 11. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The ac didn’t work the pool was disgusting the beds were uncomfortable and the didn’t give me the room advertised on the website

Pleasant walk to restaurant (about a mile away) via side streets in neighborhood mostly. Lots of restaurant options nearby.
Wi-fi never connected. Mentioned to staff but were just told that it was free.

nothing. pictures are very very deceiving.
I want my refund back. we walked in and asked to cancel immediately due to the unsafe situation, looks of the hotel, I had my 11 year old daughter with me and didn’t want her staying in something like this. pictures need to be removed. this is not what the hotel looks like. the owner stated in order for me to get my refund I need to contact booking.com. which hasn’t been helpful either.
