Es wird aktuell alles saniert/renoviert. Zimmer und Bad sind somit sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Highlight: der Pool!! Ich kann die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

Offered a fridge and microwave and breakfast so that was nice. It was clean.

Tv didn’t work. No hot water half the time and had to ask for space heater because wall heater wasn’t working correctly. O yeah and couldn’t call front desk from the room as the cord was missing from the phone head set to the cradle.

The ductless AC was broken in the bedroom (103 degree day when we arrived). The staff was unable to fix it or to offer us alternative accommodations. Shower curtain was hung so high that it didn't meet the tub at all and water from the shower poured onto the floor. No fan or window in the bathroom. Drapes were broken. Furniture was stained and paint spattered. Floor was unfinished. Electrical outlet was missing a cover. Windows were very dirty.

The lady at the front desk was nice.

The floor was absolutely filthy. My granddaughter's feet were black from walking barefoot. Between Booking.com and the Sands Inn, my reservation was messed up. I paid for a 2 queen suite with sofa bed and got a small 2 queen room with a rollaway. Nice to provide the rollaway - NOT enough room for all three beds and 3 bodies.

Close to freeway and too town they were doing construction. You would hear that early morning. A little irritating

Parking was bad if you came home later at night. No maid service we had to ask for towels and toilet paper curtains were ripped

Location

Not clean. No parking. Rude staff. No outlets worked in the room. AC did not work. Dirty and bugs.

Last minute stop on our travels, perfect location for what we needed, a rest and a pool break
