Pigeon on our balcony all night

The rooms were great, plenty of space.

Pool was not skimmed recently and water was ice cold. They need a pool water heater in the Winter/Spring.

Location and cleanliness!

All the pigeons and pigeon droppings right outside of AC unit! Hotel needs to be aware of all the disease and health issues that poses, and I don't mean a few droppings! Not to mention dead baby pigeons. If possible avoid room on 3rd floor, other than that it was a good value.

It was clean and quiet.

The bed sheets are not soft so they are a little itchy.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Located across the parking lot to the Cracker Barrell restaurant. Did not try the free breakfast either day, but it did smell good.

There was a musty smell in the room, furniture was old and very worn. Reserved a room with a walk in shower, got a room with and handicap tub with shower heads, but the tub was very tall and very difficult to step over to entry and exit. Sunday breakfast hours should be extended until 11pm.

Over all the suite was very nice and comfortable the breakfast was outstanding beyond continental after dinner we had some drinks at pool side also used the Jacuzzi which was outstanding, just the right temperature.

The only issue we had was that the pool was not properly cleaned so we did not enjoy the pool Pool maintenance should be done regularly to avoid trach & debris in the pool Other than that we had a wonderful weekend stay

I liked that there was many food restaurants near by

The front desk needs to be trained better , I came and the water for the hotel was off , and didn't k kw if my room was ready when I came hour after check in . As well as they forgot to have me sign paperwork. I decided to leave a night early and I didn't get a receipt or any information just asked for a room number and that was it . As well as my card got disabled before the end of my stay and wasn't told anything they just fixed the card

we had stayed there before and rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Huge assortment to pick from

we needs the room for my husband that is disabled. But once we were in the room it smelled damp. we realized the upstairs room was dripping water into our bathroom. They said it was a loose gasket in the upstairs tub. They wouldn’t be able to change our room until later that day. So we stayed in the room. Again cuz my husband needed that room. Next morning our toilet was having problems flushing. Then we checked out.

I was given a room on 1st level as I inform my sister is disable and hard for her to use stairs as she does not like elevators. Nice room, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

Walking to our room and leaving our room was really warm. I am talking about the hallway. Other areas were like when registration and breakfast area were fine.

Everything was amazing the rooms, the breakfast-the waffles the hotel it self.

The pool was dirty so we didn't get inn.

Good breakfast (a variety of choices, Waffles, fruit, cereal, bread), Friendly staff, Clean room.

The air conditioning makes some noise so bring ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper
