Staff was helpful when it came room arrival.and departure, booking another night. Extremely accommodating! (Thanks Patrik!)
Flies in room! Asked for towels to shower and was told we had to bring dirty towels back to our room and wait for the maids....very upsetting.

The carpet felt damp and creepy to walk on bare feet, so I kept my shoes on. The lobby smelled like a toxic cleaning chemical, and made me cough a little, and the man behind the counter was coughing a lot I think all in reaction to this substance in the air there. There is no lamp on the single bedside table and the only light is harsh overhead lights. We had to move furniture to find an electric outlet near the bed. We were told this would be a non-smoking room and when I moved the bedside table to look for an outlet, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no trash container in the bathroom, only by the front door. The bedsheets were poor quality. I was relieved to leave.

The fron desk manager was very nice and we chatted while he checked us in. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was happy to be able to park right in front of my door
The people who seem to live there full time were all talking loudly with their doors open very early in the morning. Even though they live there it's still a business open to the public and guests shouldn't have to deal with that. We won't be going back which is too bad, staff was excellent

it’s actually really clean, the people who work here are so nice , they are constantly working to keep the outside &’ inside clean.

There were a lot of smokers staying there and most rooms were smoking rooms. Ours apparently wasn't but there was a cigarette burn on the bed spread and there was an old smoke smell.

It was close to the highway. The room has a mini fridge and microwave.
This place was disgusting. Everything was filthy when we arrived, including hair all over the floors, towels, etc. The room smelled like urine and smoke no matter how much we tried to air it out. Several of the outlets were partially exposed or nearly hanging out of the wall. There were cigarette burns on the desk chair. I was also very surprised there was no hair dryer provided; the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that DIDN’T provide one. There were a lot of long term “residents” so it is clear that it’s not worth the owner’s time to take care of the property very well in order to attract short term customers.

Toilet tank was leaking and we could hear water running to fill tank every couple min. To loud that kids got scared. Also there is some another noise coming from ceiling or outside that that was even more loud that toilet.
Tobacco smell is terrible. both rooms we had for one night smelled so bad on tobacco.

Owner called and told us we couldnt have guest visit our room. [We were in from out of state so family came to meet us so we could all go to dinner] Im assuming bunch the tenants were more permanent. Was NOT clean. Walls were filthy. Sheets were stained. Shower wasn't very warm. Bunch rift raft. Strange people knocking on door in late hours of the night. Was awful! I could legit say so many things!
