The 2 guys that worked at the front desk were not very welcoming. The 2 ladies were awesome !! The guys were like pulling teeth to get response . To busy talking about their evening and one even looked at me like I was interrupting his day.

The close location to PIE airport was a definite plus, but the Shoreline Island Resort being Exclusively Adult, & the beautiful location on the beach made it just perfect! We also really enjoyed having several great restaurants within walking distance.

A great place to get away from it all and enjoy our honeymoon. Kid free, super polite staff, we will absolutely be back.

The only minor flaw is they could have explained the housekeeping procedure a little better at check in. That is all I got. This place is GREAT!!

One of the non remodeled units so doors and windows and air conditioner have some serious age, but super clean and great beds, nice kitchen.

Nothing, we are going back next May . hopefully all the construction will be completed. Kitchens could use a few more dish towels and some paper products.

The building is clearly being renovated which is much needed. Our overall stay was wonderful and the view from our balcony was so serene. It was a quiet resort and very relaxing for my husband and I on our babymoon.

I Loved EVERYTHING! Whenever I decide to come back to St Pete hopefully soon because I have Family living here... I will definitely be booking a Room here at Shoreline Island Resort 🏝 It was very Peaceful and Relaxing 😊 Keep up the Good Work 👍

Super friendly, easy and free parking. Excellent location and right on the ocean. Room was exactly as it was described. To me this was an exceptional value ratio. Getting an excellent location, beach front, free parking, kitchen with large fridge and a balcony overlooking the ocean for the money I paid.

Located directly on the gulf just steps away from the beach. Loved how the property is exclusively for adults. Great not hearing screaming kids at all hours. The property was quiet, clean, ideally located, and honestly underpriced!

My only complaint was they had a makeshift charcoal grill setup, a couple spaces built into a stone wall with a wire grill grate and another grate for charcoal (they do not provide charcoal) I like to grill on vacation so I would've loved some gas grills for convenience sake. I'm nitpicking at this point. My wife and I really enjoyed all of the amenities here

I love this location. It’s clean and quiet and there is always beach space right in front of the hotel. The view is perfect and the room is a great size for everything I need.

Considering there are no food options or any additional amenities- I feel it’s a little overpriced right now. It may seem less so once the breakfast comes back- if it does.

Facility needs updated. Old vertical blinds , noisy ac/heat unit, old mattresses etc.

We appreciated you changing our rooms upon arrival. We loved the view from our room on the 4th floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. The heated pool and the beach were exceptional. Having access to rent the chairs and umbrella on the beach made our stay perfect! Thank you.
