I appreciated the quite location of our room. It was decently clean. The back courtyard was very quant to sit out and relax in the fresh air.
I was discouraged by the fact I had booked a smoking room with 2 queen sized beds. It was confirmed..... when I checked in, I was given a non-smoking room with only one bed. It was late and we were tired so I didn't protest it. There was maybe 2 or 3 other rooms that were occupied. It was obvious they weren't booked and should of had my reserved room. Oh well....

i liked location and serenity there was plenty of coffee the towels were good and it was really quite
i really was disappointed there is not a person in the office the whole stay you had to go somewhere else to get assistance. you might get help or wait for however long

Could definitely use updated renovations. However, its comfortable also has a convenient location. Right off the highway. Has a really nice rest area with relaxing views in the back. Great area for our pups to stretch the legs and explore new smells. There is a store within walking distance, very convenient. All the staff we met were very friendly.
1 complaint was the light fixtures above the beds. They were too close to the bed. We did hit our heads a few times.

I had a good interaction checking-in with the gentleman who runs the gas station and the inn. The option for bbq was great too! Location was good, we explored the towns nearby. 15 min away is the petrified forest!
I have some allergies, and we got a pet friendly room. I always expect to have some asthma, so I don't think that is actually the fault of the inn. It was really hot, but manageable with the AC unit.

Very nice little place. Our room on the backside of the hotel felt very private and had a nice outdoor area.
We had a little trouble with the WiFi but other than that it was very good. The room was exceptionally clean!

Sheets on bed and bathroom /shower seemed to be pretty clean .Room overall was clean .Allowed me to check in a little early .Staff was friendly.
Ice machine outside not working and no coffee for the coffee maker in room , but they did allow you to go to the gas station next door and get them for free.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed. Appreciated the microwave and fridge.
Nonsmoking room smelled a little of old smoke. Lots of signs telling you to wear a mask but the staff doesn't. Coffee maker leaked all over the place. Shower head in my room on its last trickle.
