Staff were great. I like the location

For the price I thought it would have been better. People above me were disturbing and loud. Had to call down to front desk and still didnt help the issue. Had roaches bad so I could get a good night sleep

Staff was helpful.

There were baby roaches on the table and in the shower of my room. House keeping never came to our room.

Nothing, no creamer in lobby, no breakfast. The room was filthy. Unexpected charge for dog. Grounds where dogs went wasn't at all clean. I had another guest threaten and curse at me. There was spillage all over nightstand. Crap on bedspread and floor. Not a safe environment. Linda

Clean the rooms! Disgusting. Be upfront with charges, have coffee and donuts at least! Have a curfew for the courtesy of other guest. Don't have guest od in youhotel!!

too much weed smoking, whole 3rd floor reeked. front desk did nothing about it.

The room smelled like smoke. The bed was uncomfortable. The walls were fragile, and you could hear every movement in the rooms next to you and above. On my last night staying there, the person next to me started playing music at three in the morning and woke me up. I called the front desk to change rooms, but they were booked. The lady at the front desk told me that she would call and give them a warning. They ended up turning off the music and started playing an hour later.
