Location.
The inside pool was apparently closed, however, there was no sign in the door stating that. We was kicked out. Called about missing item, the gentleman on the phone was rude and loud, super unprofessional.

Easy to locate, nice room, staff members are nice.
Toilet was not secure to the floor in a handicap room, shower seat never gets cleaned on the bottom, it was all stained. Two burned out bulbs in the bathroom, and the shooter light was not bright enough to really see in the shower.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. check in and check out was very smooth. Bathroom had all we needed. had mini fridge and microwave. Nice place to stay for short term. I will stay here again when im in town.
The only negative i have is the pillows.. The pillows were flat. They need to replace with nice fluffy pillows. The indoor pool was closed while we were there and there was no breakfast, but this was not a deal breaker other then that it was a nice place to stay.

I didn't like that everyone on the 3rd floor was smoking drugs that's all I smelled during my stay!!

when checking in the night shift front desk manager made me feel very uncomfortable. we did not end up staying and wasted the $114 to stay due to him hitting on me and trying to get my number and take me to coffee and claimed he would come and wake me in my room around 9am to take me to coffee. there was no place to park near the entrance so he gave us “special parking’ and kept coming up to my car as we was sitting outside in the parking lot me trying to discuss what happened to my mom that made me feel so uncomfortable. he then came over and tapped in my window. i rolled it down and he asked if I had a dog and I said no I have children he said oh I like children then proceeded to stand there. then finally went in and was watching us through the little decorative tree. we decided to leave and not stay
