The room was clean and comfortable.

There needs to be more than 2 towels when there are two people

The staff was friendly and helpful, and good coffee at breakfast.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Room temperature was easy to maintain. Bed was very comfortable. Front Desk help was polite, friendly and courteous. Very safe place to stay in a not very safe area. Cameras monitored at all times. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Shower was great!

The front desk clerk on February 24th, 2023 at 6:10pm was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She lacks customer service skills. I will not be staying at the facility again due to that behavior. I don’t wish to support a business that allows their employees to talk to customers that way. I had a reservation, very easy check in, but the tone of voice and the way that she answers questions is very off-putting. It compromised the way I feel about your facility. Also, the coffee served in the breakfast room is awful. I’m not a coffee-snob but I could not drink it. I don’t know whether it tasted terrible from the unfiltered city water, or a cleaning agent left in the pot, or just bad coffee beans but it was the worst coffee that I have had. I stayed 2 nights, i tried it both days, it was terrible coffee both days. Breakfast options are fine as long as you like carbohydrates for breakfast. No protein options. Waffles, toast, granola bars, cereal, juice.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Microwave had food leftovers from previous occupants.

The lady at the front counter was so sweet and nice. One of the most respected, respectful people I have encountered in a hotel for a very long time.

I didn’t like the heater made giant noises like it was going to break down. Sounded like a car motor. I was afraid to turn it on half the time, but it was the only thing that could rent out the traffic from the highway.
