Good room size. I did not hear any highway sounds and hotel was quiet by the elevator. Breakfast had plenty of eggs, sausage, oatmeal and other food also.

The pressure on the shower was a bit low possibly due to a different shower head in the handicap access room. Also the beds are a bit firm. Pillows seemed chunky so I'm glad I brought mine.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The pillows were top notch.

I didn't like that there was no plug for the bathtub, which meant we couldn't use it. The mattresses on both beds were uncomfortable, they were hard to sleep on.

Breakfast couldve used some variety, the beds were rather hard.

The suite was large. The bedroom A/C was nice and cold. The room and bathroom were very clean. Overall a decent stay. They look like they are updating little by little. The hotel isn't really out of date, just starting to show signs of wear and needs things replaced. But not rundown at all.

The suite had an odd oil-like smell to it. The view from the living area was into someone's backyard and a dog barking a good bit. The bedroom view was of the highway and FM road. The living area A/C wasn't as cool as the bedroom. The sectional was ripped. The bathroom tile was cracked and the grout was broken and coming out from between the tiles. We paid for 3 nights but because my wife became ill with hives all over her face, neck. shoulders, and legs she was in a great amount of pain - therefore we left a day early. We were not refunded for the 3rd night not spent there. The lobby furniture had stains as did the carpeting leading to our room. We also requested a top-floor suite MONTHS in advance and were given a 2nd-floor suite. However, we didn't hear any noise above us so that did work out.

It was quiet

Being charged $ 35.00 dollars for early check in and listening to same desk clerk tell someone else it was $25.00 dollars for early check in. If the room. Is clean and ready why am I being charged for this. I will no longer stay at a Best Western again.

Facility has just been refurbished and was in great condition.
