Very quiet, nestled at a golf course. Late check ins until 10pm, clean room, fast check-ins

Not a whole lot of dining nearby, room decor is very dated. Some neglect is readily apparent. Sinks are separating from their wall mounts. The rugs are worn. Insects. Lots of insects. Front desk unavailable until 11am guess morning shift called in sick.

Great location. Enjoyed the pub.

the accommodations were comfortable. However, the rooms and facility needs a makeover.

Loud plumbing noise of an adjacent room running water- likely a shower. This happened LATE at night and VERY early in the morning. Impossible to sleep with this noise. Pretty much ruined the stay there.

Sliding bathroom door is loud.

convenient for our stay in SD Ground beautiful as usual. we have been coming to Carlton for ten years.

Office and food not available at checkout on Monday. Sliding door to bathroom very unreliable-would not stay closed. tv was a challenge but we figured it out.

The food at the restaurant was great! We particularly enjoyed the pool and patio area.

I really like how I was treated by the women at the front desk. Had a situation arise and was taken care of quickly and without question!

Small TV in room, wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't so far away. Building could use a face lift

The pool, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Drunk people from the golf course in the parking lot and the water in the pool was a little dirty in the morning.

We stayed on 301. Spacious suite.

Carpet outdated and stained. Smelled like a retirement home and the pipes made really loud noises when we turn the water on.

TV is small and automatic turning off was frustrating.

Front desk young lady was very nice, A/C worked well, water Got hot very fast, close to family function that was in town for.

Ice machine did not work, bed was a bit hard, but the worst was the constant jumping, pounding and just plain noise from the room above mine and my brothers room that was next to mine that seemed to go on for hours starting at 3am and lasting till about 730am. Called the front desk and security numbers and both went to an answering machine. Unfortunately even though this was close to the party we drove down for, we (My brother his girlfriend and myself) WILL NOT be staying at this lodge again, we will most likely just drive the 2 hours home than have to deal with the noise since we didn't sleep anyway.
