The size of the room, the mattress, the location, and the friendly staff.

I have stayed here before and was very happy with the room but, unfortunately, this time the room was not as clean (spots/spills on bedskirts, dust/debris on mirror and furniture). I think the room hadn't been used recently because the heat was set to the bare minimum to keep pipes from freezing and it took from 4pm (when I checked in) until around 11pm for the room to reach 70 degrees. It was 58 degrees when I initially went into the room. A gap along the entrance door into the room likely didn't help - I attempted to block that with my jacket.

Nice little motel with modest rooms, and helpful staff. Walking distance to Walmart and a good Mexican restaurant, though no sidewalk.

No breakfast off-season: makes sense, but I wish we knew it beforehand as "good breakfast" was advertise and was one of the reasons we chose this place,

there’s a lot to say about this property, first thing I noticed was how dusty everything was and I’m talking thick thick dust, inside the dressers we found multiple long hairs and the mirrors were absolutely filthy, moving on to the bathroom, the toilets barely flushed, the lid was flimsy so when I went to go sit down on it it moved, it only had a shower and the bottom of it was literally blackened, the water was TERRIBLE! it got so hot and it took forever to figure out how to set it just right, the sink areas faucet would not turn cold, it was so extremely hot that I had to get water from the shower. the beds were comfortable and as far as I could tell the sheets were clean. it was inexpensive to stay here, cost me $204.00 for two nights.

Was supposed to be breakfast but they stopped that. Was supposed to be coffee at 7:30 am but the office door was locked. Tried one more time at 7:40 and still locked, so we drove to Dunkin Donuts

It was sketchy and dirty, I left and found another hotel. I don’t know how it got so many positive reviews, I can only assume they were fake accounts/stays or those people were paid because this place is horrible.

The breakfast was carb heavy but typical. The facilities were roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

TV did not work. Some lamps wouldn’t turn on. There was a large crack in the door to the outside. Bathroom door had a hole in it where someone head-butted it.

No daily room cleaning.

The bathroom had a filthy window & shades. The towel bar & hooks were ripped off the wall. All the paint was chipped. The wall paper was patched with plaster.

Very quiet. We had the king with kitchenette, which was spacious and handy.

Could have had more than one large plate in the cupboards. Everything else good.
