The hotel rooms need renovations. The building had an old smell and the room smelled like dog.

The suite is spacious and a great value for the money. The facility is older so it and the mattresses could use a refresh. The staff are wonderful and they make everyone's stay a pleasure. Bianca and the rest of the staff are so warm, attentive and always willing to help.
Mattresses are comfortable but probably close to needing replaced.

Nothing they wouldn't refund my money after I put the check in date, then it was changed to the day I made the reservation. Called the hotel and they charged me for a room I never used.

Spacious room with everything you could need! Clean. Quiet. Great staff. Loved the extra touches-- shampoo and conditioner dispensers and microwave popcorn package ready to go. Very thoughtful.

I stopped so I could watch the Race and they didn’t have Fox on the tv it may seem little, but it was very hard to hook up to the Internet. I just don’t understand why you have to go through all that to get onto the Internet.

Great room set up with an almost full size kitchen and fridge. Very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. And they were pet friendly! Bed was so comfy and we needed extra pillows which we got instantly with a smile. Will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends to visit
Seriously the only thing that wasn't too great was the coffee. Only one pack in the room and you could go and buy more or use their free machine but I think I was just not used to the water in the area. Wasn't horrible but off a bit

My second time staying at this hotel as I come down from DC often. One of the few hotels in the area that has a stove top (no oven). The rooms are clean and beds are extra comfy. I've enjoyed my stay the last 2 times and will book again. I usually get the king suite which has a separate living room quarters.
Staff was ok, could be a little friendlier. I called down for an extra blanket and was told I would need to come get it due to limited staff.

They had no Ice available. They only had an Ice Maker in the Refrigerator that was turned off. So, if you were only staying one night you had no ice if needed.
