Location of hotel was close to wedding we were going to.

The toilet had a hard time flushing and the shower and tub were not properly cleaned, there were “no smoking” signs everywhere but walls were yellow from smoke and there were burn holes in the bed blankets. The deadbolt to our room was broken off and there were loud noises outside the room for most of the night. We ended up checking out at 2am to go home because it was intolerable.

Nothing at all very very disappointed never wanna return again. My fear of having to stay at a hotel was accomplish by this location.

Everything I fell asleep thinking it was going to be okay. I had to wake up in middle of night an realized I was really bitten by bed bugs. There was bed bugs under the blankets

value is poor - paid 3 times what I think this hotel should bill. All hotels in Hartford area were jacked up for something. this is not a 300/night hotel room

Honestly I was just looking for a place to sleep. So I was expecting this place to be pretty bad and it wasn't. It was cleaner than I expected it could be better. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again for a quick stay!

It Def could have been cleaner and the TV is old you only get cable stations can't sign in for streaming services.

The breakfast was definitely could've been better. There wasn't much to choose from (store bought muffins), bad tasting milk, broken pancake machine. The parking was terrible, as there was wasn't anywhere to really park.

The beds were comfortable and the linens were fine. The air conditioner worked. After being told we could have a different room, (see comments below) when we returned from our meeting that evening we were offered a room on the first floor which met our requirements nicely. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment! The food was dismal! Green bananas, apples, 2 cups of yogurt in fridge, Mini muffins, plain bread you could toast but no butter or jam visible. The milk pitcher was empty by 7:30 AM. Powered creamer only and sugar available only in a syrup dispenser. No tea bags in dining area or room. No lids for coffee cups. Cereal available in dispensers but again, no milk! The first room we received had no closet or hangers! The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, phone did’t work, no cups in room. Went to the front desk and requested a different room. Was told they couldn’t do that but would call someone to fix the smoke detector. As we were leaving for our meeting the receptionist called us over to say that she can give us a different room as they couldn’t get anyone to fix the detector problem. The second floor stated no smoking but the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke! I had tried several times to call for this booking but the phone just rang and rang and no one ever answered. Did booking on the hotel’s web site. Called to ask about AAA or AARP discounts and a man with Indian accent answered that time and said that would be available when we checked in. Upon inquiring about this at check in was told by clerk that those discounts only applied if we booked with them directly but we went through Bookings.com so no discounts. Explained I had used the hotel’s web site after no one ANSWERED THE PHONE.! It rang at least 20 times! She apologized but was unable to offer an discount. The Crowning touch to this place happened as we were checking out. We left a generous tip for the maids who would be coming in after we left. A man in an orange and black plaid shirt offered us a cart for our things. As I was leaving the room with cart he pushed his way past me saying he would just check the room We did final look and saw that he had taken the Maids tip money! We told the maids in the hall about this. Also informed the front desk!

They never cleaned our room in 3 total days , sink was clogged , toilet was loose , water stained ceilings , food was terrible and staff never cared to do anything...never ever go there
