Holes in the wall Electric wires hanging Dirty sheets and comforter Room was in total disarray Tv didn’t work

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet location at edge of busy shopping area. Applebee's across the road. Free breakfast includes the usual: cereal, pastries, coffee, tea, juice but also waffle and o.elet making stations. Property maintained well. Courteous and helpful staff. We'd stay here again.

Nothing, it was a pleasant stay. We could hear people walking above us. Ask for the top floor room. All the negative reviews worried us, but we found out this hotel has been under new ownership since July 2023. He is doing a great job resolving all the old issues.

I didn’t have hot water for a shower

Nice room, but sofa bed was very uncomfortable!

Breakfast was very disappointing.only a couple of each item & then gone, leaving a slim choice!

It was clean.. Front desk clerk was polite and efficient

a little weird to be tucked in behind a quick trip gas station, weirder yet that the quick trip was undergoing renovation and was surrounded by chainlink fence.. but was still sort of open.. The breakfast was the usual carb/sugar laden stuff and the coffee was rank and served in tiny little two sip cups.. The only fruit was two bananas ...

There was plenty of parking. The hotel was near a gas station & plenty of restaurants. The cleaning services were wonderful, the hair dryer was not working. She got us another one right away & asked if we needed anything else. That is how you treat people.

I booked a 2Q room with fridge & microwave. Then I was offered an upgrade with additional price & accepted the change to a 2Q suite with a kitchenette. When we got in our room it was the 2Q original room. I went to the front desk to let them know what room I was supposed to have. They were looking on the computer... asked if we used the bathroom... I said yes my daughter did. Then I was told a room change could not be made since I booked with booking.com. I said I didn't get the room I booked. They told me the computer wouldn't allow the change. Also the women working the front counter were all dressed in tshirts, yoga pants, & gym shoes. I work in customer service & at the very least a nice top & nice looking pants, jeans, or skirt.
