It was close to stuff
It was nasty the pool was dirty . My room had roches and the bed sheets were stained . Staffing was rude very aggressive

We were given a smoking room! Our son has asthma so we begged to please change to a non smoking! They said they couldn’t do anything about bc we booked through booking.com. So we tried to see if we could stay there, we turned the AC on super cold & took off to the store to buy ANYTHING to make it smell better! But then noticed the sheets “white” sheets were yellowish & the smoke smell just kept getting worse! The room was filthy & disgusting! And all the girl at the front desk could say was “there nothing we can do” 😡 So my asthmatic son paid out of pocket to book a room at a near by Holiday Express! The cost for that room was almost the same as this dump hole! So we just had to take our losses money wise for this disgusting place!

You need to take this Hotel out of your listings, because is going to give a bad reputation. It's the worst of the Worst. I will never stay there and do Not Recommend. I want a refund. It's not what I agreed to and they did not provide.
I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING . THE WORST OF THE WORST. YOU NEED TO ERASE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR LISTINGS. I WILL LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROVIED WHAT WAS AGREED TO IN THE AGREEDMENT, SO THEY SHOULD BE LIABLE TO A REFUND. NEVER AGAIN

Rooms were out dated and not clean,smoke alarm kept going off and they couldnt get it to stop.

The location was good and the shower had hot water and good water pressure. The heat worked well.
Booking.com said this was a smoke free property. When I checked in, they asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. I said non-smoking and they still put me in a smoking room. The lights in the room were mismatched with odd color bulbs and some didn’t turn on.

The breakfast, it will be nice to have a proper breakfast. It is too simple.

Location is close to the family I was visiting.
It was a smoking room but strong smell of marijuana. Water from shower felt slimmy.

The only property available. Bed was bad, the shower made a very loud noise, 1 roll of cheap toilet paper, pillows were flat, they also refused to honor my coupon from booking. Double charged.
