No Breakfast...not even an ice maker available.

TV didn't work right, mold on the handle of the tub, stained tub, floor was not cleaned well. The pool area was closed in with trash and old machinery litering the area. Broken window on one of the rooms we passed. I think they must be the countys hotel for homeless assistance as several people were collecting cans and looked to be homeless who were staying there.

The place is horrible, dirty, buckets of dirty water and mops on the halls, cigarette smell very strong. The beds were not at all comfortable, lumpy, the sheets had tears so did the towels and the comforter. The light by the bed didn't have a knob had to be plug in and out. TV didn't work, and there was no water in the Labatory of one of the rooms. The furniture in both rooms seem to have had better days, no knobs and seem to have been kicked in. The windows did not have locks. We looked for another place but there were no vacancies, we even considered sleeping in our cars, that is how bad it was.

Nothing! The room was disgusting. it was run down, filthy, and had roaches. Bail bond office next door in case you need it.

$300 a night for a room that had smashed roaches on the wall and live roaches on the floor, a non-functioning toilet, a broken shower and filthy tub, disgusting stained and tattered furniture, and stains and filth on the walls. Freeway outside the window. Sketchy neighborhood.

The front desk personal was super helpful & polite!

Backing up to the fwy was super noisy

The customer service is friendly and family oriented, very kind and reliable and understanding. They are lenient with late check outs and if you're known well by them they will let u pay a week at a time for better deals when they can afford it

Its the middle of summer and they give us a room that has an broken AC unit. So it was very uncomfortable to say the least. And they did not allow us a late check out the next morning. Water pressure in the shower sucked too...

Location is close to downtown vista. Office staff was very nice

Asking top dollar when it’s below the quality of other low cost chains. Swimming pool is filled in and storage units on top. A lot of smokers hanging out around entry point to rooms. Seedy

The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them, the towels were dingy and Gray so were the wash cloths. There were roaches in the bathroom
