The hotel claims they offer a free breakfast, but there is nothing laid out in the mornings. I had to find someone to ask for something. There’s no staff to be found. I knocked on a door to find somebody and they cracked the door open with the chain lock and would barely speak to me.

1. The staff didn’t charge me the price offered from booking.com, instead, they charge me some other price more expensive. 2. The mattress on the bed is so dirty and disgusting, looks like you picked it up from a dumpster. 3. Only provide 1 set of towel for 2 people. 4. The space between bed and cabinet… I have to walk sideway to fit through. 5. Towel have a piece of hair from previous owner. 6. The pillow is deformed. 7. The bed sinks on the side. You will roll onto the floor if you sleep on the edge. 8. Outlet position is horrible… far from bed.

Location was convenient.

Neighborhood was iffy.

I lliked Nothing. This place should be condemned. Used for homeless people. Cleaning staff says bed bugs in every room. Owners didn't recognize my reservation. Took one look at the room and returned the key. Could not stay there! I cannot believe you would represent such disgusting accommodations. Now fighting to get my money back.

The only thing that could make this place better, is t tear it down and rebuild. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! It is beyond gross

The room was actually four rooms: a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

Continental breakfast

They tried to contact me because I was running late but I didn't get there until after ten pm but they allowed checkin. The room was actually a suite with two bedrooms, a main room, a open closet/sitting room, and bathroom. The furnishings were nice .

When we drove into the motel there seemed to be a drug deal going on and miscellaneous people hanging around outside around the alley. Bad vibes. The furniture had "miscellaneous" stains on it . The beds looked good but when we found hairs inside the sheets and more discoloration on the bottom sheet we couldn't sleep in it. There was residue in the "sanitized" toilet. Mascara marks were on the towel hanging by the sink.There were coffee rings on the table. The office was closed and the phone didn't ring through. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves and brought in our own bedding so we at least had a place to sleep that we could trust a bit.
