Nice sinks and water pressure

Rust on all appliances. No smoking signs hung above an ash tray, makes absolutely no sense. Low stock vending machines. Damaged bath tub. Was in a room next to crack heads that banged on the walls and played loud music until 5 AM when I was tryin got sleep for work at 9 am. So I paid 170$ plus 200 deposit to get 4 hours of sleep, disappointing.

Nothing. the lied and lied.

I only disliked the loud sound I think was the fridge in my room. It made weird noises and then would stop and then it would happen throughout the night

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The price was reasonable and that was the main reason I reserved 2 rooms for us and our friends.

We arrived after 3p.m. and the receptionist told us one of the room is ready but the 2nd room is being cleaned. Also, my reservation said $235 for 2 rooms, she charged me $117 for the first room but for the 2nd room she charged $145. She didn't honor my reservation, she said the computer is showing her a different rate. She didn't like the fact that I had reservations through booking. I am a Genius *** member and I have been travelling all over the world using booking.com I have reserved multiple rooms under my name but never experienced a rate change after my arrival. I am in contact with booking and they are working on refunding for the 2nd room.
