The Cabanas Guesthouse & Spa is the perfect getaway retreat. Aside from the nice grounds and amenities it is the staff that makes it so great. Kudos go out to Tim, William, Amylcar and the rest of the staff for providing fantastic service, always with a smile and smart and funny remarks. Great job John for running such a wonderful place!

Just a little too much noise this time we stayed there due to the extensive work that was being done in various areas of the property which was a annoying at times. Otherwise we enjoyed the amenities overall.

The staffs are extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. The place is clean with little relaxing environment.

There are more older gay guests here with cockiness attitudes than the sweet ones. The place is nice, just missing the fun energy from younger crowd.

Some of the info when booking on line wasn’t relayed to the resort and this was an additional 25.00 per night char charge and when I message booking prior to the trip it was communicated it would be no r tra charge for a 3rd person

Special private little place. Fell in love with it. Will def be a returning guest. The place even has a bar and food on site. The owners are fantastic and accommodating and eager to help. I had a blast. Love this place and hope to be back sooner than later.

Gorgeous view, very clean, 24 h pool , lovely staff

I didn't choose to eat breakfast there. I went in there once and, since it was later in the morning, not much was left.

There wasn't much of anything I didn't like. This is really minor, but the music at the pool could've been more relaxing at night versus "bar" music.

Facilities were nice and well maintained. Most staff members were helpful and had great attitudes. I would definitely come back.

I think certain staff members should keep more professional boundaries when it comes to unwelcome attempts to fraternize with guests via “the apps”. This makes for an awkward stay. One particular member on the cleaning staff was catty and didn’t clean my room one day, citing that I failed to use the “please service the room” door sign (opposite the “do not disturb” sign) and that he “follows the rules unlike other staff members.” I didn’t know I had to use the sign since all other days the room was cleaned without me having to place the sign. Maybe this was my fault but the staff member’s attitude indicated he had something to prove and perhaps even had something against another member of the cleaning staff who hadn’t been “following the rules.” I don’t want to deal with infighting amongst staff members while I’m on vacation. Keep it to yourself bro!

Upon arriving onto the property, we were met with a warm welcome greeting from William, who checked us in very quickly. Before heading to the room, he gave a beautiful tour of the property. The room was nice and clean. After taking in the many beautiful amenities in the enclosed paradise, we headed out to the local area, which was a short walk. The area hosted many shops, restaurants, and great entertainment. The next day I took advantage of a 90 minute massage and a 60 minute facial; fantastic, both were done professionally and in and beautiful environment. Although my stay was one night, the impression was endless. I’m will definitely come back and stay longer.
