Parking lot is cracked up and you can trip on some of the worn out areas !! It’s not a secured place and being the first place closest to the casino your odds of getting your car and room broken into by some casino loser who lost all his money and has not enough gas to get home this location is the most likely to be burglarized!! The door to rooms hall way is always closed!!

The second we entered the room there was debris/dirt on the floor !! dusty musky smell and furniture dusty smudged lol and the heat was about 115 degrees no comfortable environment what so ever the staff are horrible no room service checking in with you the lie about laundry facilities and the front desk check you in and the request more money for something that they claim they didn’t catch in the beginning after you already payed ??!! Worst customer service Worst location for casino losers needing means to go back to there homes and all door knobs are upside down making it most difficult to access and door there had to use own toilet paper?? Prices payed and accommodations don’t exist no laundry and parking lot is coming apart as well possibly trip when carrying in belongs very unkept landscaping and poor camera areas !! I recommend motel 6 in fact I was told I couldn’t stay another day unless I payed extra money for something that was unclear and understood by staff so poor POOR P R not a spec of integrity in staff or structure and landscaping specially the filthy rooms !! Fact is I’m taking this to corporate level and expecting results !!

The staff, especially the housekeeping crew and front desk personal. Room was very comfy especially the bed, so nice and soft that we fell asleep real fast and slept soundly even tho roadway was real close to room.

Room could have been cleaner. Motel had few guests so price was too high. No Bible in the room.

Location was fine but it was extremely dated. Old bed, old furniture, noisy ac, traffic noise, towel rack falling off the wall.

I think they raised their rates for the weekend as the town was busy for a Clint Black concert and all sold out. This was a dump that should have $60 max. In hindsight sight I would have driven back to Phoenix after the show and avoided a terrible night.

Poor condition, things broken or missing in the room. Mini fridge and microwave were on the floor - see photos. Drawers kept opening by themselves (uneven floors). Almost tripped over one late at night. Missing towel rack and garment hook on the back of the bathroom door missing? Embarrassing. I’m being kind - probably won’t use booking.com as a result of this stay. The 20% you made damaged YOUR reputation.
